creating space for joy
joy as an act of resistance
resistance in the way rest and non-action are deliberate forms of action
action in slowing down our own spirals, noticing the patterns that repeat in and out
out of shape, mind-body rushed around,
around and around, getting lost,
lost until step by step, walking on thin air, emerges a path
a path where space-time collapses, where past and future are in the now
the now becomes a gift of presence where caring humans allow themselves the ‘indulgence’ of
creating space for joy
